Cubism is an art style which is made up of paintings..They are really realistic and are mainly supposed to look real! This art style is from the twentieth century and it seeks to reproduce different forms of art! It was the first "abstract" art style and it was invented by 2 men, Pablo Picasso(spanish) and Georges Barque(French). There started painting in such a way that people in today's generation enjoy painting this art style a lot! It's a very innovative style of art and young artists out there, if you haven't tried this form of art yet, please do!
